I bought for my mom to use for exercise because she has difficulty walking or standing for long periods of time due to her diabetic neuropathy in her feet. This allows her to still get some exercise and build leg strength while she watches her programs on tv. She loves it and has her set time everyday to use.

it has 12 speeds & 12 pre set levels. it stops after 15 minutes i wish you could overide that and set what time you want also a pause button would be nice. it is quiet
