It comes with all the necessary mounting hardware, we attached ours to our stucco wall without any problems. It comes with two sets of keys and it is not very heavy. It fits most of our mail besides large manila envelopes but our mail carrier has been able to bend them slightly in order for them to fit inside. It has yet to show any signs of damage from snow and rain. we decided to paint our house numbers instead of using stickers and the paint did not wash off in the rain.

Mail can be easily pulled out from the box using the drop in opening. Otherwise does the job
