I used this gun to paint a car. The light was easy to attach to my gun, it took me about three hours to paint the car and the light stayed on the whole time without issues. My only criticism is that I wish it was a little brighter and I think it’s overpriced.

I've used this Gunn Budd many times under very poor lighting conditions and I was still able to paint whole cars with it. I've dropped it many times and it's stood the test of time. Battery life lasts for hours also.

Got my gun buddy and tried it out while painting a car. Definitely not worth the money I paid. Has 3 light settings, the round pencil beam is useless. the wide beam is better, not as bright as I'd like, was still working in dark and shadows. the sensor that shuts light off and on, mine kept shutting off and on as I made a pass , I used the other button so it stays on, It was hard to get the light where i needed it, I had it angled down as far as I could, be better if gun had 2 lights on both sides of the cap. Disappointed, seen identical looking light for $12 . Not worth the $49-$59 price.

GunBudd Lighting SystemTestamonialPreparing to spray 2011 Ford Taurus Limited white Tri Coat Pearl Metallic in my home two car garage.Not always best optiontill you look at everything required from autobody products to enclosed tarp booth,spray guns,moisture control ie:Motor Guard,Miltan full flow fitting etc,ect...Got all that sorted then come's lighting so got rid of all florescent lights and installed LED x 8.Now we are getting somewhere.O.K.but what about good lighting for the spraying.Shadows and overlaps and "OPPS" missed a spots and uneven coverage.And than along comes "GunBudd".A Knight in Shining Armour!!!Now we're talking.Looked at all the videos and what a great "must have" lighting tool.What a game changer.Multiple settings,tilt,wave shutoff/on feature.The last puzzle piece.Now all that's left is to do the small amountsof body work and get to spraying.I highly encourage and endorse the "GunBudd" as a must have for painting and having awesome light to solve the shadows,and all the issues that poor light is awaiting.Thanks GunBudd for a great product."A special thanks to Toni B".for his solid advice and excellent knowledge....Wayne Duchscherer
