My bolt was so old it rusted through. This sealed up the bowl AND tightened the bottom of the toiled to the water bowl. Great!

Exceptional item, highly recommend this kit.When a fill tank started to leak I purchased new bolts and rubber seals from a local "Big Name" home improvement store. The tank leaked.I ordered this kit and it was water tight the first time!The difference is:The big name kit had flat rubber washers.This kit has two rubber fitting with rubber washers attached. They way, no water leaks through the bolt.Also this kit has buttery fly bolts so you can tighten with your fingers instead of trying to fit a wrench under the tank.

The bolts are on the smaller side, or about half the size of the ones I replaced. However the gaskets seem to be of good quality! So far so good!
