I have a Ram 1500 with the 5'7" bed and needed to figure out a solution for when we go camping or haul our kayaks. We have two wide sit on top fishing kayaks that we often take with us when we're going camping and unfortunately if they're in the bed of the truck there's no room for our camping gear.I've been looking for a rack like this for a while and these work great for hauling our kayaks. The racks themselves are attractive and sturdy. They are coated with a textured, black coating that should hold off weather fairly well. They are held together using a system of bolts and screws and once assembled feel very sturdy. The rack comes with a couple different mounting options. There are clamps that will fit onto the sides of your bed, a clamp that works with some of the newer trucks that have a built in rail, and there's an option to drill and mount the racks. I opted to clamp the rack onto the bed of my truck and it works very well.Overall these seem very well made and I'm thrilled with their addition to my truck.

At first glance, this ladder rack comes packed well, and is attractive, as well as a very sturdy piece of equipment. Assembly is simple if you have the right tools (none are supplied in the kit). I intended to install this on a 2022 GMC Canyon, however, while it is listed as compatible, the shape of the inside of the bed did not allow for proper installation. I did install it on a 2001 Ford Ranger that had a tonneau frame installed, and it was a straightforward installation, and would be even more solid if installed directly to the bedside. I like that the rack is easily adjustable to be able to be used on multiple vehicles. This seems to be a good value for the quality of the materials.

I am not using these racks for a vehicle. I am actually using them on my homemade kayak trailer. One reason I got them is that they are resistant. And I figured it would be great to have on a kayak trailer. It was very simple to set up.And I liked that they were adjustable. They are working great on the trailer with no problem at all. They are very functional And i'm sure there would be no problem on any other vehicle. Definitely a great value and would recommend to anybody .

Bought this to carry my Kayaks when towing my camper. Rack finish is nice and it's very sturdy once installed. The issue I had on my 2020 Tacoma, (may be okay on other brands of trucks), is the supplied bolts were too long for my track system. Three stars because I had to go to Tractor Supply and buy new M8-1.25 x25mm length. I bought new 1/4 washers too, because the supplied ones are very thin and bend easily. Other than that, I think this rack will work perfect for carrying ladders, lumber, kayaks or just about anything.

This rack is all metal with a powder coated finish. It feels pretty rigid and strong. Universal fitment so it can fit most trucks. Its pretty simple to install without drilling any holes. It attaches to the trucks original bed rails.

The YZONA Universal Truck Bed Ladder Rack is a fantastic solution for hauling large items like kayaks, surfboards, or lumber. With a 900 lbs load capacity, it’s incredibly sturdy and reliable. The best part? No drilling is required, making installation quick and easy.It fits most truck beds between 46" and 71" wide, offering great versatility. The extendable design is perfect for hauling oversized loads without compromising on stability. Whether you're carrying a ladder or heavy gear, this rack has you covered. Durable, practical, and strong—this rack is a must-have for any truck owner!

These have become increasingly popular for overland style rigs, and I see a lot of people with them on their trucks. I always though you'd have to have a vehical specific version to fit the truck you are installing them on, but the advantage of these is the adjustable width to be able to install on multiple different vehicles. It comes in one well packaged box that is a lot heaveir than I thoguht it would be, but nothing was damaged so that is good. Unpacking it you kind of figure out how it comes together, with 4 main supports that you attach with cross bars and then adjust the width for your truck bed. The instructions are not super intuitive, but it all worked out fine. Maybe not as heavy duty as other options out there, but I think they will work fine for my needs - occasional use for hauling long lumber and kayaks in a 6.5' "short" bed Ram 2500.
