Incredible product - but broke just 5 months in.I install landscape lighting systems and this product saves my back and knees! It completely changed everything about the work day and I don’t want to go to work without it.Just a few days ago I noticed the back seat cushion moving funny and realized the bold securing it on was no longer there. I’m frustrated that such a wonderful product only lasted 5 months….

The assembly instructions are wrong (The strap goes onto the frame, not the long bolt.) and don't show critical information (Pay close attention to which side of the straps is up, or you wont be able to use the Velcro tip to put the thing on your leg. The narrow strap goes around your ankle, not your thigh.). The tools are lousy. You'll need a #2 Phillips, and a 10mm wrench or socket.Otherwise, it works really well. I weight 270lbs and have arthritis.

This thing looks a little awkward and you can't walk far in it. But it's not meant for that, it's for weeding and working in your garden. It's sturdy and I haven't fallen with it. It's a little tricky to get to things low low down, you might have to actually get off it to reach some things. It's a little tricky to get on, but I've found it useful and I use it often in my garden.

Some assembly was required, a little hard on my arthritic fingers, but I figured it out. Sturdy and does the job but you have to buy extra straps as this is literally just the kneeler unit with to pads that Velcro to the frame. So if used as it comes in the box it just falls down your leg…
