My husband and I love this tent. We SUV camp with our 2015 Honda Pilot and this tent works BEAUTIFULLY! We have camped with beautiful weather and where a storm came out of nowhere and had zero leaks to contend with.Set up is so easy! I am 57 and have zero issues setting up this tent. It takes me about twenty minutes. I will say my 67 year old husband does the attachment to the car, but that is because we camp with our cats. We need to make it extra escape proof. One thing I did notice if extra precautions aren’t taken, there are gaps underneath the car. He has resolved this with the placement of a bin used to carry camping things. Not a big deal. We have also used this tent not attached to the SUV (using an 13 inch air full size air mattress) and it has worked well. A bit tight for me, but it did work.The inside of the tent is huge. You can get an idea from my pics. As weather cools, we are looking to get inflatable furniture to hang out inside the tent for those colder nights and the tent will be able to handle it with no issues!I will say if I had one criticism of the tent, it would be that the zippers are irritating. I can see why people complain about them. I have had several instances where I thought they might tear the tent or they get stuck, etc. The problem wasn’t bad enough to knock it down in my rating though.One last point, we actually had to order this tent twice because the first one we ordered came damaged. Thank god we checked it when it came versus later at the campground because we would not have had a tent.

Just using this tent for the first time on a solo-camping trip. I was a little worried about setting it up by myself since it suggests setting up with two people but I really didn't have any problem doing it myself. It's very simple to set up. Unfortunately, I reserved a campsite that isn't compatible with car camping and I wasn't able to attach this tent to my SUV yet (next time!) BUT the tent works great as a stand-alone tent too!This thing is TALL and very roomy! And it's super cute. I love the color I ordered. It didn't rain on us so I'm not sure about the water resistance, but so far the tent seems to be very durable and a great value for what I paid for it. Looking forward to using this again with my SUV this time!

Nice and large SUV tent. The part that attached to the vehicle seems nice and big easy to attach to the vehicle. Overall the tent material seems thin and cheap. One bottom corners anchor strap fell right off without even being used. If it's stitched that weakly I am not sure how well this tent will do in a wind storm. Nice bathtub bottom design. Windows on all sides which is great but they are high and I am not sure how hot this tent would be to camp in summer.

This tent was great in a LOT of ways but one thing to note: a vehicle with automatic tailgate may run the battery down with the trunk left open (even with vehicle fully off).Suuuuuper easy & fast setup. I could have done it quickly on my own and it was even faster with two people. VERY roomy and tall. My boyfriend is 6’3 and can stand up fully which was great. The car attachment is also very quick to take off and seal up if you need to move the car for some reason. Great ventilation as well!We put ours on a slightly larger tarp and connected it to our Range Rover Velar.The setup itself was great and having that extra room was amazing!But we realized that even with the vehicle full off, the automatic tailgate feature was draining car battery and we got a low battery notice. Obviously you don’t want to run the engine with the tent connected and have the exhaust blowing into the tent. We researched and couldn’t find anyway to disable the automatic tailgate feature so we had to detach the tent and move all our sleeping gear inside with everything else. This setup would be great for other vehicles (or someone who knows how to disable the tailgate feature haha.)It was still quite roomy, even with our mattress and coolers. Definitely recommend this, just doesn’t work for our vehicle unfortunately.And yeah, like the other reviews said, the door zipper sticks and you gotta use two hands. Not a dealbreaker for me, but a small pain point for sure.

I was able to set this tent up by myself which should tell you that it’s easy to set up! It attached and fit nicely on my RAV4 and had no issues. It started to rain on my camping trip and the tent lasted through the weather so it has durability! I did notice the zipper did keep getting stuck but that could be from how I had it set up? Probably one of my favorite parts was that the bag to store away wasn’t tiny so even if it wasn’t folded as pretty as it came I was still able to put it back!

Had to take a little care to install the hatch unit. Still a sturdy and well designed tent. None are 100% bugproof but this one sealed well.

Love this tent. Fits on our Chevy Silverado over camper shell with tailgate open. Easy to set up. Roomy and we'll built.
