I'm pleased with this little pod. It sets up quickly and breaks down quickly, once you learn the technique. I really like that it has a water resistant floor. If I'm trying to stay mostly dry, I don't want to be sitting on a wet surface. The zippers function well with three possible openings to help manage ventilation. There are two short, shock corded poles that criss-cross on the top that work well to push up the top into a dome shape and give a bit more head clearance. The construction seems to be solid. Time will tell. It has a pretty small footprint, so it doesn't take up much space. I find it perfect for one person. Two could fit, I suppose. It would be tight quarters and likely someone would have to have a shoulder against the side of the pod. There are a few minuses, all of which are inherent in anything of this design, not just this Eighteen Tec model. It is not tall enough to stand up in, unless you are really short. Because of the sloping sides, if you open the flaps in any significant rain, the rain will come inside. That can't be helped. If it were windy, I think it would be pretty unstable and need to be staked out at the corners at the minimum and better yet, secured with the included guy lines and stakes. That will increase the footprint significantly. Lastly, don't expect this, or any others, to be as if looking through glass. Thick, flexible plastic is never going to be optically clear. That's a given. And having this folded and stuffed puts all kinds of wrinkles in the plastic on top of that, so it is not a crystal clear view. That can't be helped, I believe, and it seems to me that it is the nature of such an item, regardless of the manufacturer. It will work well for attending kids' games, maybe a rainy parade, a drink on a cold day in the yard, bird watching, and who knows what else. In summary, I find it meets my expectations and will serve its purpose well for me. If you are considering such a pod, I would recommend it.

I bought this for my sons sporting events that happen to be outside. When I first opened it, I was surprised at how big it was. Immediately I thought to send it back for the smaller one, but I decided to keep it. Setting up: self-explanatory. Take Down: requires a bit of trial and error. After a few times, it does become easier.Positives: The side flaps come down so youΓ’β¬β’re able to see from all angles. The size of the tent and the effort it takes to set up.Negatives: Looking out the tent with all the windows up isnΓ’β¬β’t as clear as one would think. The material makes it a little blurry. Take down does require some practice.

I recently used the sports tent for my child's soccer game, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The temperatures were in the low 30s, with wind chills in the mid-20s, but inside the tent, we felt completely comfortable. The wind was barely noticeable while we were inside. We even kept the front zipper completely down, and our group stayed toasty warm.We invited others to come in and warm up, and everyone was amazed at how much warmer it was inside the tent compared to outside! Setting up and taking down the tent was straightforward as well. Overall, this tent was a lifesaver during a cold, windy soccer game. I highly recommend it!

This pop-up is perfect for being out in the sun when it is cold out. The picture was taken in March, when it was about 50 degrees outside in Wildwood NJ. Inside the "bubble", it was so warm I needed to take off my shirt. It comfortably fits two people, and is pretty sturdy. It held up to a stiff breeze by using the enclosed anchors. It is well-constructed, and easy to both put up and take down. Customer service was great, as I broke one of the top fiberglass inserts by not first removing it from the tent before folding it back up, and they replaced the set of two for me. To take it down, first remove the two top supports, then fold the tent in half, then twist it so that it takes up a quarter of the space. It fits nicely in the round carry bag. Looking forward to bringing this back onto the beach this winter to enjoy eating a pizza and having a glass of wine in front of the waves. Next time, I may need to bring a pair of shorts!

No I do not recommend.I was excited about this thing but there is nothing but wrong with it:1: The size. it is most definitely not for four people. This is at most 2 people tent or 4 little people. For reference im 120lbs 5Γ’β¬β’ 5Γ’β¬Β. So slim. No way we could squeeze three much less four people in here.2: Difficult. Too much to set up when it comes to staking. They need to make the attach/strings much easier shorter, thicker. Anything. But what they have does not work well for fast setup in the rain.3. Poor Visibility. You seriously cannot see through the plastic. Have to unzip to see anything defeating the purpose. The plastic is cheap and wrinkles easy so everything is blurry.Awful design. Unfortunately i bought this last year in prep for winter. Way too late to return. But its trash. Waste of money.

This is just perfect for mum & I to keep the draughts off us on chilly days. Well made, so easy to put up. Love the separate groundsheet & once the ropes & pegs are in place, the shelter feels very secure. Not used the sandbags as itΓ’β¬β’s in a very sheltered part of the garden - maybe for in the winter. Considering the product was shipped from America, it arrived an impressive week early. Absolutely delighted Γ°ΕΈΛΖ
