  • If have this trouble please give us a chance to resolve the issue and we will respond promptly within 12 hours.

  • This tent is slightly different from other 6-person tents. our tent can reach a height of 78 inches, and most people can walk upright inside

  • Yes, of course, one person usually needs about 8 to 10 min, but two people will more easily, and will only need about 5 min.

We are camphosts and bought the tent to use as a guest room outside our RV when family & friends visit us at the campground. I specifically wanted it to have standing-room and fit two twin air beds, which it does. I watched the video on how to set it up and it was super easy by myself. After getting it all set up, we had heavy rain and it stayed perfectly dry inside. Of course when I unzipped the windows, the screens were wet, but by only partially unzipping them to open about a third at the top, none of the collected moisture dripped inside and we still got some air flow. Anticipating the rain, I pushed the beds together so they wouldn’t touch the side walls. If you aren’t going to get rain and don’t mind pushing them apart and having them touch the side walls, there is plenty of space for a little folding table like I have out front. I like the mesh side storage pockets and the mesh loft at the top. You can either hang a lamp and not use the loft attachment, or use the loft and not use the lamp hook. As I lay on the bed looking up and admiring the quality of the tent, I did see a few small imperfections in the seams where the stitching didn’t catch all the material, but this tent is so affordable and otherwise fantastic, I am not bothered by the few small imperfections. I am very happy with the tent.

Hi, I first bought a 10 by 14 foot tent on Amazon used for really cheap. It was okay quality, but the zipper broke within the first couple of hours, and my god, it was way to big. Also, when walking on the bottom, I got a hole in it in less than a day. It was likethe bottom of a cheap garbage bag... So, I returned it the next day. Then I bought the Core 7 by 8 foot tent, and a queen size bed.The bed took up the entire tent leaving zero room for anything else.Really nice tent, but low quality and that is really kids size tent. Now I bought this 10 by 9 tent and I love it. much higher quality than the other tents.Easier to setup. Queen can go in as well as lots of other stuff. Fabric is thicker, metal thicker,This tent has a open mesh roof that allows you to see the stars. This tent also has 5 mesh Tent Windows. This is a Ferrari of Tents.I love this tent. For the price you will probably never find better. It is not for living in, just for having fun in.Now I put a Queen size bed in it, a 55 inch TV, a remote control fan/light.Still room for more stuff :)I love this tent, for the price you will most likely never find better.Even the rain cover weights like triple than the other tents, quality, low price, and an amazing product. This is the perfect tent for most people. Before Buying this I saw complaints about the Center Bar.People said its to long, short, etc. It is not.You just have to make sure your tent is square/rectangular.Meaning pull the tent till the corners are all tight.then put the pole in.How come we did not have cool tents like this when I was a Kid?Last night I watched the stars in the tent, it was a great experience. If you have any questions let me know, I love this tent style :) Triple Thumbs Up :)))

there's much to like here; the value, the appearance, the center height (I'm 6'0" and can easily walk around inside without bumping the top), the zippers (sturdy, and easier to zip/unzip than other tents I've owned), the wall material (thicker than other tents I've owned, suggesting good longevity potential), the big skylight windows (I saw 3 shooting stars the first night i used it!), and the "bathtub" design of the floor, in which the floor goes about 8 inches up the wall, suggesting rain likely not flowing in during a storm with running water around your tent -- though to be fair I've not yet had rain while using this. I've used this for 3 weeks now on a road trip through Colorado, Southern Utah high desert and canyon lands, and Northern Arizona desert, in temps between 3 degrees (f) and 60 degrees. it's holding up well so far. Will it keep you warm in cold temps? No, but it doesn't purport to be a 4-season tent, so no big surprise. Easily solved by bedding down with extra layers if it's cold. The problems:1. The optional rainfly is NOT optional if you're camping in gusty winds. The rainfly itself and its tiedowns add to the tent's stability. Without the rainfly, the tent could not stand up when i faced wind gusts between 10 and 30 mph; it would buckle under and start collapsing. Once i finally got the rainfly on the tent (comically difficult to do as one person even when there isn't wind, and, I'm sure, hilarious to watch if there is wind), the tent held up well against the gusts. Bummer if no rain is forecast and you had hoped to watch for shooting stars as you lay in bed.2. There are 3 poles on the roof of the tent; the two main ones that crisscross from corner to corner worked fine: hard to get into their tent pockets because of the tension, but manageable. However the shorter pole that goes over the roof to elevate and stabilize the tent front-to-back are so TIGHT that I work up a sweat every time i try to get it attached or detached from the tent. We're talking 5 minutes of struggle -- a big deal if it's raining, right? in fact, so tight that the last time i was taking the tent down, my struggles to get it off the tent resulted in a minor tear in the tent roof material. :( I finally gave up that time and just stuffed the whole tent WITH the roof pole attached into my car since i had to hit the road for an appointment. So unless you are very strong and extremely patient (I'm neither -- I've a weak left hand from an accident yrs ago. Which doesn't explain the impatience. No good excuse for that :) ), then all the good things about this tent may leave you with a sour impression. Maybe mine was flawed? seems more likely that this is a manufacturing/design defect than an anomaly of human error. I like the tent enough otherwise that i may send it back for a replacement, or just make a habit of bringing some workshop tool, such as vice grips, to give me better leverage next time.

This tent is just a perfect size for us for camping and it is super easy to set up. We used for camping this week and put air mattress and still have lots of space. It rained but the tent remained dry inside.Overall, I loved this tent and very happy with this purchase.
