Ab roller is sturdy, works really well, and is fun to use.It has a little cradle for a smart phone so you can watch or listen to something while you work away, which is nice. I usually put a tablet further away so I don't use this feature much, as I fear running over my phone if it falls off.The roller is pretty light weight, but sturdy, and the construction feels solid. There's a recoil function too, which helps a little if you're just starting out, though I don't think you can turn it off.The only problem I can think of is that the included timer is held to the handle by a magnet, but said magnet is not large enough to do the job, so the timer will fall of once in a while if you accidentally bump it. If not, it will stay.Great little gizmo for the home gym, at a pretty great price!

Put it together in 15 seconds, literally. It comes with a magnetic timer so that’s convenient, and it also comes with a small spongy pad for your knees to rest on. So it’s easy to use on hard wood floors even. You really do feel it in your abs, back and legs. But it’s not uncomfortable or feels like you’re going to get hurt. (I have acute sciatica and a herniated disk). It’s kind of like doing planking and crunches at the same time. I like it and for the money, it’s worth getting and trying.Only thing I don’t like is the squeaky noise it makes.

I just received the product and it was easy to assemble. I used it immediately and it seems to do what it’s supposed to do. It does look to be pretty cheaply built but I expected that for something under $30. The timer included is total junk. It didn’t work from the start and I see nothing in the packing how to contact the manufacturer. This is my first ab roller and it seems like it will give me a decent workout. Hopefully it will last long enough to strengthen my core and then, if it wears out, I will be experienced enough and can get a better roller.

Excellent product and quality.
The tripod stand can easily get broken.

I bought this bc a standard ab roller is too hard on my wrists. I'm no elite athlete. Standard ab rollers were super hard for me, even for just a few reps. I figured I would buy this and save my wrists. Well, there is literally no strain on my wrists, which is awesome. But there's also literally no strain on my abs. I can do 30-40 reps without much effort at all. It takes forever to actually feel something in my abs. I've tried to make it harder by slowing down my movement, and pausing momentarily in full extension, but really it just takes forever to get a workout from this device. Wish there was something that saved your wrists AND provided a decent workout.
