The ICM282 has incorporated LED diagnostics to assist in troubleshooting. A fault code label is included in this package and must be installed on the furnace.

Installation can be daunting due to the numerous wires. Overall installation was pretty easy on my unit. I did have to figure out how to extend a few wires an inch or two. The controller has been working as expected for a month or two. I replaced a HK42FZ009 with this one.

It’s the right board but every time I need heat I have to factory reset my furnace, faulty relay possibly.

Life saver my heat hadn't been working for a few days, after some trouble shooting and a furnace code of 31 (very wrong actually) I noticed that I wasn't getting any voltage at the 24V white lead. Bypasses the thermostat and nothing. Tested the ignitor, gas valve and pressure sensor, but I got nothing. I ordered the board late at night, it got here a few hours later and it went in perfectly. Great price too.

Furnace fires right up after installing the new control board. Furnace keeps faulting out requiring a reset every few days. Could there be a fault in the board? Furnace restarts after reset and only runs for days before tripping again. No codes showing before or after reset
