I recently adopted a rescue dog that is a real sweetheart but he needs a lot of exercise. I can get him to the dog park at least 5x a week but at night when he has the "zoomies" he needs a way to burn himself out. Enter this flirt pole. I attached one of the three included "toys" at the end of the pole and it was game on! From tug of war to getting the pup to chase the attached toy all over the place, this pole allows me to save some of my energy while zapping his! And at the end of about 30-40 minutes, he crashes. I mean he literally falls to the floor and falls asleep in about 20 seconds.If you have a hound who likes to chase things and / or play tug of war, this pole is a no-brainer. My dog is a 60 pound cinderblock and so far he has not been able to destroy this which for him, is highly unusual. That makes this an even better value for me!

I've ordered 2 of these and will not order again. Both times, my dog pulled hard enough on the tug toy attached to the end of the pole, that the pole broke apart. The internal telescoping mechanism is not possible to reassemble after it breaks apart. If you have a strong dog, skip this toy and get a tug toy/ball affixed to a flexible rope instead.

The pole itself is very sturdy and adjustable. One of the rope toys is so tightly woven the loop will not even fit in the cord. It would be nice if at least one of the included toys was more like a prey animal. A stuff less toy would be so much more inviting for some dogs who are disinterested in ropes with balls on the end.

The rope toys for the end of the pole are great. One does have a slightly too small loop for the hook to fit through at the end. I have 2 flirt pole and am using 2 rope toys on the.

This really works my Dog. She can chase and jump and go juts with little effort on my part!! Wears her out. Sturdy as well.

I like the idea of this. But with just basic chewing on it when playing tug-of-war. With light use of it. It tears too easily.

My pit doesn't like to play fetch like most dogs so it was hard to play with her. I decided to take a chance and buy this. Best decision! She chases after it constantly. When she does snag it, it doesn't break while trying to pry it out of her mouth or dragging her around the yard with it. It's very durable. Now, I'm able to tire my dog out.
