I had a pit bike front wheel that came with everything but what's included in this kit. There was a rotor there, but no pads or caliper or any of the stuff here. This went right on there.Some of your breaking is going to depend on what you put this on, obviously. Too thin of a rotor on too heavy of a bike and you're going to wear out those pads quite quickly. My pit bike is quite light, so this is working great, from what I can see. I haven't gotten to test it all that much, because it's cold outside and I don't want to freeze to death. I did drive the bike from my garage to the pole barn where it's going to sit until spring. It seemed to stop quite well, even with just the front brakes where I used this kit.I did have to make a new brake mount for the bike since there was nowhere to mount this properly. That just required a little welding and such. Also, do yourself a favor and read the description and then go measure how long you need the brake lines to be. Every time I look at a brake kit like this, there always ends up being a review with someone complaining that they didn't measure anything and it's all the kit's fault.

I'm going to try & make this hydrolic caliper work on my escooter. It looks like it will match up nicely, but I just need to put a different clutch purch on the line. I didn't think it would look as beefy as it does, it will be a good upgrade for a mini bike. It's plug & play for a mini bike or small pit bike front break. It came with a red & black cover on the caliper that can be switched out depending on the color you want. For the price it looks like a solid break kit. The easy install is great for practically anyone with a little knowledge of tools. You only need a few & the kit has the Allen keys in it, so really you don't need to use anything else. After seeing this kit I'd recommend it for a new mini bike or pitbike/small dirt bike front disk break. It even comes with a set of pads to replace the pads in the caliper when they need it. Good deal.

Got this as well as a bolt on bracket to install Hydraulic brakes on my ct100u. works absolutely flawlessly and looks great to boot. overall super happy with these and a must have to anyone who has upped the hp on there mini bike
