We didn't know much about 3D printing and we were looking for a 3D printer for our kids. I'm so happy we chose this Tina2S 3D printer. It's very easy to set up, the instructions are clear, it has lots of 3D templates to choose from and you can use different colors of filament. My 11 year old daughter can use it on her own, using a smartphone. The quality of the 3D printed items is really nice. It's also a smaller, stylish looking printer, so it's easy to store on a small table or desk. The customer service is excellent and they are on hand to help out if you have any questions. I'm really glad we chose this Tina2S 3D printer. It's a great quality printer and easy to use!

Really great quality printer! Not the most user friendly though. You have to download an app on your computer in order to download the free items to print on to a memory card (with included USB converter) and then put the memory card in the printer in order to print. It comes with everything you need to do this. But there’s a little bit of a learning curve with this, so it does take an adult to help with this, but once you’ve figured it out, it’s easy! I had ordered separately some colored filaments that turned out to be the wrong size. Having never had a 3D printer before, I didn’t realize there were even different sizes, so just make sure you take note of the size you have, so that you can order the correct replacement size. Overall, super happy with this purchase! I’m sure the more expensive ones are a little easier to use, but this one isn’t hard after you do it once.

Works well but you need a strong WiFi signal for it to work. Links to just ONE iPad. We did get frustrated because you can only print small objects. For under 250- its a great way to get into 3d printing,

Ended up receiving a printer that had already been opened and obviously returned by someone else. Sent back immediately.Edit - the company actually reached out to me and we were able to work something out. I received a new printer and I'd have to say I am pleasently surprised! My prints have all come out clean, bed adherence is great, the slicer program is easy to use and beginner friendly. This is the perfect printer if you are looking to do smaller sized prints. I have another brand mini printer and the quality is pretty comparable, however it does take a much longer print time to achieve that same quality. Overall I'd recommend. And the customer service is top notch!

My son loved the printed but this particular model didn't have WI-FI capability. We returned it and got our refund quickly The company is very understanding and handled it quickly. I would recommend this company.

This is a very easy to install and use printer. I bought it for my 10 year old grandson for Christmas, and he was able to unbox and install it himself with a little coaching from Grandpa. We even hooked it to his laptop with a USB cable and installed the slicer software so he could build models and print them. Very easy to use!

The Tina 2S 3-D printer is excellent!!! My 10 year old granddaughter had it up and making some very cute items within a few minutes of opening the box. Fully assembled and so very easy to use.

I purchased this printer approx. 3 months ago, and everything was great, the printer was working well (although a bit slow) for the first ~30 cycles; then, I tried loading a roll of PLA (which may have been slightly dry) and the printer immediately jammed up. I tried trouble shooting multiple times (replacedthe nozzle etc.)(even watched the crappy and misleading video on YouTube, as recommended by the manufacturer) - to no avail. Since the hotend is only covered for 60 days by the warranty, I have no option but to toss this printer and start fresh with a different make an model.So disappointing :(Edit: I just received my Bambulab a1 combo today, and, holy moly that thing is infinitely better than this piece of trash. Do yourself a favor and spend $100 dollar more and get yourself a Bambulab a1 mini or something. Their print speed and quality are a million leagues above this one here.
