Used this to replace the upper rack support, which in my case, all the wheels snapped off.The part looks to be of good quality and installed easily enough.My dishwasher is only 3 years old....so obviously Whirlpool didn't engineer this part for any sort of long-term durability.Part installed easily enough. In my case, I left one side intact while I disassembled and replaced the parts on the other side, so I had an example of how things went together.I did have to use my old wheels, since the wheels that came with this replacement were to small. Easy enough to swap them out, just unscrew the new wheels, and replace the wheel with the old wheel and use the new screw to fasten them to the new bracket.

I replaced the top rack parts because the wheels had broken off of my KitchenAid dishwasher.The removal was easy because the one I removed was the exactly the same. The install was even easier and video instructions on the Amason product site were very good. It took me about 30 minutes to replace the unit.Make sure you keep the top cover unit, because they are NOT included. I didn't notice that when ordering. Mine happened to be the same unit so it was no problem.It was an exact fit, and it works great. I saved myself a lot of money by ordering the parts from Amazon and doing it myself. This probably saved me enough to pay for my yearly Prime subscription.SkyBuzzTh

Used product description said packaging would be damaged, package was fine. Product was sent to me with broken pieces, missing pieces and missing a washer that is needed to hold the wheel on. Turns out it is a special sized washer to fit within the wheel, I had to go to the hardware store to find a washer that would fit and still work.Other than the broken pieces and missing pieces, the product looks sturdy and should be considered an upgrade from the original parts. Very easy to install if you Google a video instruction, there were none sent with my product.

This roller assembly is better than the original as the rollers are held in by stainless steel screws and not plastic retainers.

Was skeptical at first as this was not a factory part. I was very surprised when I received it. It was not only a perfect fit, it was higher quality than the Whirlpool part it replaced. Fit perfectly, exceptional quality and less than half the price of a factory replacement.

I fixed my dishwasher in about 10 minutes. I did watch a YouTube video to just make sure I knew how to get the old one off without breaking the adjuster part I wasn’t replacing (and to make removal easier). It’s like brand new!

Used this piece to replace an original part where the plastic had cracked. The plastic has a similar thickness and sturdiness as the original dishwasher part. Does not come with instructions so referenced the videos for the product which helped. The steps involving a screwdriver were harder than it seems in the videos.

Very pleased with the replacement part for the top rack of the dishwasher. It fit well and works perfectly on our Whirlpool dishwasher.
