On Ebay they want more for the thermostat than this whole kit cost, The kit fit and is good quality. Works on my N2 fine. remember to install the thermostat with the spring down (no instructions in the kit). The hoses are of good quality and the thermostat is a bonus.

Ive been resurrecting a 1949 Ford 8N tractor to use around the property at our lake house. Among all of the items I replaced, I did fresh hoses and thermostat. These fit perfect and didnt even require trimming.

Excellent value and quick shipping! The lower hose needed to be trimmed about 2" in order to fit properly on my 1952 Ford 8N, but was not a problem (better longer than too short). Also, the thermostat works as intended. Inserting the thermostat into the hose proved to be a challenge, but I used a socket and a bit of soapy water to help make the installation a bit easier (spraying the forward inside portion of the hose with the solution and then using a socket that matched the perimeter of the flange on the thermostat to force it into the hose).

I used this on a 1951 Ford 8N. The straight hose with thermostat worked fine. The J shaped hose is not to OEM specs and once installed, rubs against the head of one of the generator mounting bolts. I had to use a piece of the old hose and place over the new one as a wearing surface ot help protect it. An OEM hose will have some off-set moulded into it to curtail this problem. However, for the price, this does well and should last.

Good hoses for the money. Seems to make a small bit of over-bending (small amount of kink) on my 1950 8n, but is doing ok.

Very difficult to put thermostat in. I finally used dish soap to help slide in.

The hoses are too short but the thermostat works. Should have sourced hoses locally.

Quality good. Lower hose about 1 1/2 inches too long. Easy to shorten but it would be nice if it was the right length.
