Set your camera to manual
Switch your camera to Manual ("M") or Aperture Priority ("A"). Enable "Release shutter without lens" in the menu, if required. Activate Manual Focus Assist and set your lens to Manual Focus as needed.

Attach the adapter to the lens
Align the dot on your lens with the dot on the adapter. Rotate the lens until it securely locks in place. If your adapter has a silver ring at the base of the lens, rotate it until it locks securely.

Attach the adapter to the camera body
Attach the adapter to the camera like a lens, aligning the dots if present. Rotate until it locks (the Urth logo will be centered at the top). Hold both the lens and adapter for better grip.

Remove the adapter
Press the lens release button and rotate the adapter and lens to remove them. Next, press the adapter's release button (if present) and rotate, or just rotate to remove the adapter from the lens.

Product does the job! Remember, this is mechanical. You aren’t going to get the auto focus because this is built strictly for adaption from object to object, thus turning your lens into a mechanical. You will pay $200 for the wired connected ones.Anyways, threw on some of my lenses and they are awesome. I did experience one of my lenses not getting any manual focus corrected. I have a feeling that lens worked only with the auto focus on the camera.Item is well built and looks good.

Got it today. No issue connecting a canon lens to Sony A7. As expected, auto focus does not work but manual focus works well. Great value. No reason to buy a hundreds dollar adapter.

I saw that it doesn’t support the Autofocus feature which was perfectly fine, but I used a couple of my Canon EF lenses on my Sony A7Rii. They are both manual focus lenses, but I was not able to focus even manually.

For the price point, I was hesitant, but it works pretty well, no autofocus but I use manual lenses. The lever to unlock gets a bit sticky but still releases. Recommend and great price

FYI: this is a manual lens, not auto . That’s not the reason for the 4 star though. The reason was it didn’t work with all my canon lenses. For some reason it doesn’t work with my 50mm f1.8 lens, maybe I have to mess with the settings or idk. But that’s the lens I used the most so for it not to work with it was kind of a disappointment. Other than that it’s good for the price in my opinion.

Used this on my Sony a7II with canon lenses. Very solid construction. Feels super sturdy. Auto focus doesn’t work sadly. But would purchase again.

TenÃa un objetivo Canon prácticamente guardado sin posibilidades de usarlo ya que mi Equipo es Sony. Este adaptador funcionó a la perfección y por el costo es un buen complemento. SÃ, las funciones de tu lente serán completamente manual pero no puedes pedir más por ese precio. Enfoca bien, la construcción es buena y lo mejor, apoya al medioambiente. Compra recomendada si tu presupuesto es poco y no tienes problema con manejar tus objetivos en modo manual.

Ich habe diesen Adapter für meinen DJI Ronin 4D gekauft und er passt einwandfrei. Ich bin erstaunt über die Qualität und über die Passgenauigkeit. Er ist ein wenig schwer gängig, was ich persönlich aber sehr gut finde, weil dadurch die Objektive sehr fest darin halten. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.
