I use these to tie down a Polaris RZR. These are well suited to this purpose. The ratchets are easy to tighten and release. The 2-inch width makes me feel comfortable that they can hold down the 1000-pound load with sufficient force.

I have for a long time used 1000 lb. straps to secure my 700 Arctic Cat side by side inside my 20 foot trailer. Three days before opening Elk season in Utah I had tie missfortune to have one of the four straps holding my side by side brake, the result was catastrop. The shifting of that 1400 lb. weight started throing both my trailer and my 1999 F250 across two lanes of the I-15 six to eight times. I feel lucky to be alive. Due to that experience I purchased these 10,000 lb tie downs so it never happens again.

Nice straps at a good price I’ve been wanting some shorter straps but still with the 3,333 pound rating the 27ft ones in the stores have way too much extra when just strapping down a car or something
