Solid, baked goods slide right off. A bit of heft but that is why they are so good. These pans are so versatile - cookies, cakes, even a lasagna like I Italy - thin, not fat like here. And - made in USA!

I don't know why I waited until I was in my 60s to "splurge" and buy myself a decent set of baking sheets with cooling racks. When I look at how many cheap, inferior pans I have bought and thrown away over the years, I have to laugh. If I had bought a quality set from the get-go, I have no doubt they would have lasted me decades. As it stands, I believe these are the last cookie sheets I will ever need to purchase (unless I decide I need more). They are heavy (do not try to lift a loaded pan from the oven with one hand unless you have great hand and arm strength), but they work beautifully -- even cooking, no stick, a breeze to clean and dry. I love these pans. The large cooling racks are an added bonus.

I know its a cooling rack, but they also work great in my smoker when smoking shrimp. I don't have to worry about the shrimp falling between the grill grates, and the racks are easy to clean.

These are advertised for quarter-sized BAKING SHEETS and they do not fit quarter-sized hotel pans or steamtable pans. The quality is very good with a center support for heavy food items.

Super happy with the cooling racks. I use them to cool canning jars after processing. These are study and can take the weight of qt. jars without sagging like an old mattress. USA Bakeware is really high quality, so I expected they'd be good.

I really like that these are made in the USA. I pretty much bought the entire set of bake ware and thought I definitely needed these. Why transfer cookies, cupcakes, etc. to a cooling rack not made in the USA. Fits under my cabinets nicely and very easy to keep clean.

I brushed with oil before cooking chicken drumsticks on this rack set over a baking sheet. Afterwards I filled sheet with soapy water and let sit while eating dinner. When I went back I only needed to use a scrub brush and it came clean very quickly and easily. Very happy with the quality of these racks.

Sturdy, good looking , excellent quality not just this rack but ALL the USA pan bakeware ...Expensive for sure but you dont get great stuff cheap...only drawback is you will get addicted to buying all USA pan bakeware if you are a passionate baker:)

I bought these racks as I already have several USA Pan bake pans & sheets and have been impressed by the quality (and the fact that they were made in America and not overseas) However these particular racks are made in China and stated so in very small writing on the back of the packaging label. So a little bit misleading but I will still keep/use them regardless. Hence the 4 star review for this productUpdate: so upon a closer look it does state the item is “imported†in item description paragraph but for clarity they should state WHERE item is made, especially in this case where the company normally prides itself in manufacturing locally!
