I use two of these to control my hdmi switches and pdus over rs232. They’re working great in windows 10 and Mac OSX with no compatibility problems at all. Some serial to USB adaptors can be flakey and I’ve used many, but these are really nice and reliable

Got the job done worked as expected. The Gender bender was a bit hinky and the metal shroud fell off.

You never know when you will need to connect to a switch or console into a server. Good to have one of these in the bag.

The Hardware works great. Very reliable. The software is terrible. Get another monitor program.

I was wary because I heard getting a serial cable via USB C to work under Win 11 may not work. It does fine and I'm able to clone radio software with no issues. The package comes with a mini-CD disc however I opted to download the software from their website. Driver installed with no problems. Made a restore point just in case, "not needed."
