I have an older Delta drill press that needed a return spring, and this was a perfect fit. I counted the number of coils of the two different springs I found listed and this matched. Much better value than OEM.

Not sure how it would have worked. As I was installing it in the spring housing for my drill press the retaining wire slipped of and the spring came unwound. After several hours of attempting every trick I could think of I finally gave up. By then the spring was unreturnable.

Seems good quality however it came out of the hold wire (it was on the very edge of the spring) well I was trying to install it and I’m having a problem getting it installed now.May have to order another one. (I am thinking it was my fault the wire hold came off, I should have been more careful)
