I bought a diamond wheel with a larger arbor hole. Used one on each side, tightened everything up, put on safety glasses and sent the dog outside "just in case". It worked as intended.

Not dimensionally accurate, only 4 out of the 10 actually slid smoothly on my 10mm rod. it was my mistake for wanting such a cheap alternative, buy better quality you will be thankful.
