Information
Reamers are with one or more cutter teeth. Holes can be with exact size and shape after the reamers' processing. Finished product can be smooth, intact and more beautiful.
Reamers can be used to process holes in small cuts based on guiding function, such as: holes with diameter tolerance in ≤IT8; holes with requirements in surface roughness (≤Rz12 generally); holes with requirements in roundness tolerance; holes with requirements in cylindricity; stepped holes (different diameter holes on the same axis); series holes (diameter holes on the same axis) with requirements in high coaxality.

What can I say? I wasn't expecting much and I got what I expected. If you're looking for true H7 accuracy you'll be sorely disappointed. The edges are crudely ground and full of imperfections. It will enlarge a properly sized pilot hole hole to dimensions that are rounder and somewhat more accurate than a twist drill can create. I was looking for just that. I found it to be quite far out of H7 spec on the large side though. It might make H9 maybe. For the small bucks they ask it's sort of kind of OK for sloppy work I guess.

Drilled out 200 5/8 nuts with a bit then used this reamer to make the holes round and just slightly larger. Never realized a twist drill does not cut a perfectly round hole. Was still going strong when I finished.
