Maybe I had a bad item, but the hole is badly off-center (5mm runout). The grit is fine and the bell is square, so still decent for facing but not a high quality item—granted, for the price this what I expected and can’t complain to much. Works for the low speed stuff I do, but wouldn’t take this over 1000rpm.
