- T5 temper with heat treated and artificially aged for increasing strength and meeting standard mechanical property requirements.
6063 Aluminum Round Tube
SEAMLESS CONSTRUCTION - The interior is smooth with no seam and is available in an extruded structural or a drawn seamless aluminum round tube for precision applications.
NOTE: The surface of the aluminum tube probably would be oxidized, which is a normal characteristic of aluminum. However, it does not affect its use. If you need a beautiful and perfect appearance, it is recommended to grind the surface.
- AVAILABLE FOR - Can be DIY according to different needs, can be processed and punched, suitable for welding technology.

Was looking for a metal tube to replace a plastic one and this was the best I could find. I ruffed it up cleaned it off and painted it.....Beautiful!

I liked these quality aluminum tubes, but they were either too small or too large for my project. I was using them to build active shielded probes for working on electronics.

I bought this tube to make a new handle for a heavy duty woodworkers vise. At .826 OD it threaded 1/2" NPT quite easily to allow attachment of 2" ball ends which I tapped 1/2" NPT as well. 1/2" pipe is nominal .840 but I wasn't holding any water or gas.

Seriously not much to say here. Bought it to replace a busted plastic tube for a laser Christmas projector. was just a hair tight on the inner diameter but works great. Had to cut to length with a reciprocating saw.

I appreciate that I can order these kind of pipes with dimensions I cannot find around the isles at local hardware stores. This pipe was the right fit for a project I needed to repair.Delivery was great, no damage & the parcel arrived quicker than expected.
