Product Introduction
- The chucking reamer is made of high-speed steel and cobalt, featured with high hardness, wear resistance, good toughness. High-speed steel tool with cobalt is good for general purpose applications.
- Used for semi-finish machining and finish machining of holes. Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, die steel, alloy steel, tool steel and non-ferrous materials.
- The reamer is with more cutter teeth. Holes can get exact size and shape after the reamers' processing. Finished products are smooth, intact and more beautiful.

I got these to cut 'chambers' in air rifle barrels and they work exceptionally well. The long lead these came with saved me having to grind these. The finish these left was nicer than I was expecting after reading other reviews and much better than some of the crappy finishes you see on some budget air rifles.

The reamers are a bit dinged up from being shipped in the same package, although this didn't seem to impact the surface finish. The surface finish of the hole was acceptable. My reamer made ~6.05mm hole. Def low precision for a 6mm reamer, but maybe acceptable for some applications. A file will not scratch these so at least they are fairly hard. I only used them to ream aluminum.

Protection of cutting-edge would have been nice. Tool dip or even paper wrap.

The reamer seems to be of good quality. I bought this reamer, 5.6mm, for a few holes in my project that require smooth and round and fairly accurate holes and this performed very well. Would buy and recommend this product.
