Used for making clean holes in an aluminum intake manifold for installing injectors. They produced clean holes with no leaks between the manifold and injector.

Some of the worst grinding on a reamer that I've ever seen. Simply sloppy work. It worked but the resulting surface finish could have been a lot better but you have to keep the price in mind when you nuy something like a reamer at this price point.

I needed this to ream out some tuner holes in a guitar neck to 10mm. Using this reamer, it worked easily and didn't damage the finish. Great product.

Accurate for slight press fit on 12.00mm shaft ( -.01 mm) . Perfect for my application . Good quality . It could probably be manipulated to give a true 12.00mm slip fit if needed .

This can ream certain plastics or softwoods, if the hole is already 99% to size, but it certainly isn't for use on steel. It broke within 2 seconds of contacting a hole in low-carbon steel that was already within 3/1000 of the right diameter. Yes, in a lathe. I only needed to ream two holes, but it reamed 1/100 of the first hole. Most "real" tools like this are stamped "HSS". This one isn't stamped in any way. From the break pattern, it looks to be made from gray cast iron.

Very poorly ground - cuts way oversize.
