Mine came with the tab that holds it in 90 degrees from the spring body. It was unusable and had to be returned. All are shown with a tab bent back towards the spring

Could not locate the exact od spring motor i needed to fit.. wound the spring smaller (in a fixture for safety) installed works great

The exterior loop was not as shown. It was bent to a 90 degree angle which requires annealing the spring material in order to finish the hook. We needed the hook!
