FKM O-Ring
- Hardness: 70A
- Temperature: -22℉ (-30°C) to 536℉ (280 °C)
Circular Cross-Section
- They are circular in shape, round in cross-section.
- Designed for use in a wide variety of sealing applications.
- With low gas permeability, are commonly used as gaskets in fuel system sealing applications.
Fluoroelastomer (FKM) O-Ring
- Noted for their very high resistance to heat and a wide variety of chemicals.
- Excellent resistance to aging and ozone, very low gas permeability and the fact that the materials are self-extinguishing.
- Excellent resistance to mineral oils and greases, aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, fuels, non-flammable hydraulic fluids (HFD) and many organic solvents and chemicals.
- Generally not resistant to hot water, steam, polar solvents, glycol-based brake fluids and low molecular weight organic acids.

Using for some low pressure food grade steam and they are handling it like a champ. Just remember to write the size on the little ziplock they come in since they are otherwise unlabeled.

The orings in the "rebuild" kit was too thin and the reservoir comtinued to slowly leak out the fluid. I saw that these are rated for higher temperatures and are just a tad bit thicker but the same I.D. and O.D. I could really tell the difference when installing and now no more puddles on the drive!

Good quality o-rings. Sizes are accurate. Smooth finish with minimal seam. Firm but flexible to provide an effective seal.
