Hand Reamers
9CrSi (Alloy Tool Steel) Tool
The 9CrSi steel is a low alloy tool steel and low speed cutting tool steel. It has high hardening capacity and high tempering stability. Good for wide ranges of applications.
Straight Flute
Straight flute tools allow chips to collect in the flutes when cutting. Well suited for most applications in shallow cuts. For reaming cylindrical shape holes.
Easy to Use
Can be hand operated by use of wrenches. Great for light cut, repair work, or simply for enlarging holes. Always keep reamers clean, and used with machine oil for long service use.

Wide Applications

Cut and remove the thin layer metal on hole surface that has been processed, mainly to improve the precision of holes and reduce the surface roughness.Used for semi-finish machining and finish machining of holes.

Good quality reamers. Good machining and sharp flutes. No quality issues of any significance. Work great for 3D prints. Used them to clean some bore holes in soft metals with good results. Have not tried chucking them, but don't see any reason they wouldn't work well.

This is a nice set of Small Metric Hand Reamers. I bought them to assist in reaming out some 3/16 brass bushings to 1/4 inch. I used the 6mm Reamer to step up from 15/64 and then used a .250 hand Reamer, also from UxCell, to get my final dimension. The reamers worked well, they do have slightly tapered end to facilitate getting the reamer started. The packaging, as others have mentioned, was less than desirable; All 10 reamers were in a single sealed plastic bag, not the best for this kind of precision tool, but it did not effect the outcome of my project. I will manufacture some sort of appropriate storage container.

I only used 2 of them on Aluminum worked great.Buy a set of tap wrenches that rachet if you dont use them in a mill.

They may work and do the job but I question the longevity of them which is fine given the price, my only issue was they came in a loose package that had already been open. Some of them had chips most likely due to banging together.
