NBR O-Ring
- Hardness: 70A
- Temperature: -4℉ (-20°C) to 212℉ (100 °C)
Circular Cross-Section
- They are circular, round in cross-section.
- Designed for use in a wide variety of sealing applications.
- Commonly provide a pressure and fluid seal between cylindrically shaped, overlapping mating surfaces and are commonly seen in engines, faucets, flanges, valves, and various cylinders.
Nitrile Butadiene Rubber O-rings
- Good mechanical properties and high wear resistance NBR. Good resistance to many petroleum oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, alcohol, mineral oil, and grease.
- Buna-nitrile is vulnerable to acetone, ethers, esters, ozone, sunlight, and weathering and should therefore not be used in ozone-generating electric motors, welding equipment, or in applications with exposure to UV light.

I had to stretch these out just a tiny bit. Also had put something flat and heavy on them for a few days to make them lie flat on their own. They get shipped in a little bag so they seemed to get a memory of being coiled up. No big deal easy fix.

Worked great for my old Sears water filter. I always use Dow Corning 111 O-Ring Silicone Lubricant. If you haven't tried it yet, you should. The best lube for pool O-rings as well.

These were ok but to big I tried to return them twice but I kept getting more of them in the mail. I’m done returning them.
