I wanted a cheap 49mm-43mm step-down adapter to fit my Raynox close-up lens to my regular camera lens by a snug screw-on fit instead of the quick-and-easy (but not quite as secure nor nearly as well centered) snap-on adapter that came with it. (That would make it easier to add a lens hood on the end, too.)I was delighted to find not only that such an adapter was available, but for such a reasonable price. I was willing to take a chance on how well made it was because the cost was low and shipping was free. When it arrived almost a month early (maybe I was just lucky?) I was quite pleased, but when I opened the package and discovered an adapter of first-rate quality, I was ecstatic.The casting is without flaw, the machining smooth and precise, and the overall fit and finish leave nothing to be desired. It fitted my 49mm lens threads perfectly, and the 43mm Raynox accessory fitted it perfectly as well. If this is the adapter you need, I can't imagine you'll find a better product or a better buy.

Needed to connect two lenses together, and this did the job! Like it because it's metal, and will last you a life time! At the price, it's worth it.
