I like that I can easily carry the whole set up to my outside work area where I know I can spill and it won't be a fire hazard. The furnace gets up to temperature fairly quickly and I no longer have to use my torch to melt the metal. saving some money too! I think it its well made and a great value for the novice or experienced caster wanting a vacuum casting set-up that is electric instead of gas.

Nice product looks great but arrived damaged. The glass dome was broken because seller or packer put the graphite crucible inside the glass dome. Yes it turns on and heats up but I can't use it.
