This is my first time using this brand of bags, and they totally serve my purpose for packaging small portions of beef jerky, dried fruit, and raw meats/produce for freezing. These 6" x 10" bags are of sufficient size and thickness. I've worked with larger bags made from thinner material in the past, and getting a proper seal was a headache. I did experience a couple sealing failures early on, but that was totally my fault for not ensuring the sealing element on my machine reached the right temp. However, when used correctly, they will hold a good seal. I like that only one side of the bag is embossed, leaving a clear view of what is inside. Also, I like that the bags are notched at the sides, making them easy to open on the go. The pre-cut bags are a little more expensive than rolls, but the convenience is a total time saver when packaging a significant number of product. One minor complaint is that I wish the bags had a white labeling strip/patch printed on them. Aside from that, I would absolutely purchase this product again.

If you like to add raw cashews or blanched almonds to your stir fry dishes, these bags hold the perfect amount for a wok full of goodness. After you vac seal the bags, keep them in your freezer then use as needed. These bags took a good heat seal and vacuum using my 20 year old vacuum sealer.

These are great and this size bag suits all of my needs. I usually bag for 2 people for a reference. They are a good size for most things to avoid waist of using a larger bag. Great material and quality. Much better than using the rolls and trying to make a bag.

I got the 4x6 bags for freezing homemade treats, cookies, brownies etc. for lunches. They really work well and are so convenient to have in the freezer. They seem to do the same job as the name brand I normally use without the hassle of resizing from the rolls. I loved the idea of a tear notch for easy opening but you have to be Mr. Universe to do that unless you use your teeth. I do believe they are a great product and plan on getting additional sizes for keeping my jerky grab n' go handy.

Finally found a precut bag for small items. I no longer have to cut the 8x10 down for smaller items. The 4x6 is just a bit to small for smaller items. I would order this item again as it is just the right size for smaller items/product.

When I first received this small vacuum seal bag, I thought I made a mistake. I have subsequently placed another order for them because they are the perfect size to freeze homemade candies, small brownie pieces, or simply a bite of something for later, etc..
