Works great to shut off flow of standing water pressure in pool. The handles tend to break so handle gently.

I bought these gate valves for my above ground pool to replace an old set that didn’t quite seal anymore. Thought they were great at first but both of them cracked after a few weeks of being installed. And even after install with a sufficient amount of thread tape they leaked from the threads as well. Plastic just seems too brittle.

100% junk installed one leaked right away ok fine I purchased two look at the picture came broke in package not shipping issue. Again 100% junk run the other way worst purchase ever on Amazon they need weed these deals of garbage off this site getting as bad as ebay

Works great really nice, to help with movement I put some o-ring lubricant to faces of gate to make working valve easy
