They have worked out well so far after about 3 weeks. Some crackling every so often but not sure if that is the actual phone. My cord has never been this straight!

I always keep these on hand to keep my desk phone cord from tangling up. After a few years of being yanked and tugged on, they do tend to loose their tight connection and need to be replaced.

Maybe I got a defective set, but they don't auto turn when the cord is pulled/lifted; I had to manually twist it to detangle. Even with that though it not bad, just not what I was looking for.

It well worth it if your on yourcorded phone all day. This works to keep the cord from the phone to the handset from twisting up.
