The only pen/refills I use! Just to clarify, this product is only the refills. You have to have the pen to insert these refills into. Anyway, I have always been keen to specific pens, and boy does my office know not to steal mine haha. These are thick bold ink, and it makes writing look nicer and easier to read. I hate when pens are so faint and light, especially when you make copies of handwritten pages all day at work. These are a lot darker than most pens, so it works well even if you're making a copy. They do not bleed or smear either. I love these pens and refills and I will always have these sitting at my desk! It is a lot cheaper buying refills from Amazon than buying at a store. Last time I went to target, it was $2.50 for a two pack of refills. This deal is a lot better since you get 6 2packs (12 refills total). Love these

Thanks Amazon!Regarding Pilot G2, I’m all about VALUE, which I define as products of the highest Quality, Performance, and Reliability for the lowest and/or fair price. Pilot G2 gel ink is one of the greatest examples of VALUE. I discovered and settled on G2 back in 1990 when I was in college doing tons of writing; and, after extensive trial and error of all types of pens. Pilot G2 was the unmatched winner for VALUE on my college budget and has remained so through the years. One caveat is that I don’t know what’s happened in June 2018, between Pilot and retailers in San Antonio/Austin area of Texas where only “fine†refills (they have pens just not a selection of refills) are being carried at HEB & Walmart; and, the price for refills DOUBLED at Office Depot?! The online price here at Amazon will maintain my loyalty so I hope both companies keep that in mind. I love my G2!

I think Pilot G2 gel is the best writing solution in the huge inexpensive writing instrument field. And I appreciate that it is refill-based saving tossing out a pen.,some third parties make nice all-metal pens for this refill, as does pilot. Personally I prefer the Broad tip.

I love the way this ink writes, smooth with a thickness I like. The only wish I have is for it to last longer. There is only enough ink for me to use about two weeks or so of writing 3-4 pages a day. I do however like the thickness and glide of the ink across my paper.

Over the years I have decided that the Pilot G-2 is the pen for me. I have purchased a number of these pens, about half being the 10 (Bold) and the 07 (Fine). Being able to buy these refills has saved me so much money. When one of my pens runs out of ink I have the refill handy! I will be a repeat customer soon.

Because they write in bold, and flow well as a gel, they are all I will write with. Gels do smear though, so be ready for that. But truly, each cartridge comes about 90% filled and stops writing before it gets to about 1/10th of the cartridge. So you get about half of the amount of ink in each. I wish it wasn't so...
