Had to change the oil in my boat, on the lift at the dock, and in an innertube in a difficult cramped space. This container could mold in the right shape without spillage. Perrrct and reusable

DO NOT slide this thing on concrete. It leaked on our concrete after my husband pushed it a couple feet to get it out from under the car. Most oil pans and tools and things don’t have damage from pushing them out from under the car like that.*UPDATE: customer service reached out and took care of me with a refund. I appreciate the trustworthiness of this brand now, and lo wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Product works well for collecting old engine oil when draining. However I would recommend placing it in a secondary tray or such. Thought all was good but as soon as I collected my old oil I placed the plastic container into an oil drain pan since I wasn’t going to bring it to the recycling center for a couple of days and wanted to be safe in case the container leaked (as a number of reviews mentioned). Anyway two days later, I noticed a small amount of oil had leaked from the container. Although the plastic container seems made thick enough, it could be that the way it is shipped (all folded up) creates some weak spots. I will still probably continue to buy and use this product, but will always have some tray or whatever as a secondary protection.

This is a great add on product when using the ValvoMax oil plug! This keeps the entire ValvoMax oild drainage system sealed and spill free. Really like this product, using it on my 2019 Silverado 1500, 2023 Ram 1500, GMC Acadia Denali and, my daughters 2022 Kia Sportage. ValvoMax makes some great products and I would highly recommend them!

I poured 5 quarts of COOL motor oil in it and the next day I noticed that it was leaking. Took it and, left it, at the parts store with a paper plate under it. Pure garbage.Edit to review: To their credit the company apologized and give a full refund.
