Received this in a quick manor. Was packaged well. Assembly is easy. Built well. Just keep in mind to to use the provided Teflon tape on all fittings to eliminate leaks. Don't understand all the winey comments. This is great and works well.

UPDATE: After posting my original two-star review, the seller contacted me and offered to take back the product, or refund my money. They were very anxious to work with me. That kind of service and helpful attitude is so refreshing!What we wound up doing was (1) They offered a 25% refund on my purchase price, and (2) I would fix the valve myself.We both agreed that was very equitable, and so that's what happened. As a result, I'm now revising my review to five stars. I couldn't ask any more than that. And to be fair, I'm sure my problem was a fluke. I doubt that very many of these units went out with this problem.So Thank You to "XtremepowerUS" for their help and willingness to work things out.----------------------------------------------------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW----------------------------------------------------------------------This is okay, but I wish I'd purchased one locally so I could get a replacement. The construction was generally alright, but the large valve on the top, supporting the upright tube, is offset slightly internally. It won't open all the way. That means the catch-basin can only be raised or lowered with great difficulty. And if you remove the basin and tube, good luck getting it to go back in again. Difficult to use, but the hassle of sending such a large unit back precluded me from making any complaint. Disappointing, but probably a fluke.

This thing is absolutely stupid. How so? Let me count the ways:1. It leaks from a drain in the bottom. You won't know this until there are several gallons of oil in it of course. Tightening the plug slows the mess but does not eliminate it. Every place you park it in your garage will end up with a puddle of oil. You have to keep a tray under it constantly. You cant put teflon sealant on the plug until you empty it. So, find some jugs and move on to number 2.2. The end of the hose for draining has a huge heavy 120 degree elbow fitting on it. The heavy hook virtually guarantees that your jugs will fall over as you are trying to empty them. Plus, the end of the hook is at least a full inch in diameter making it so you can't use just any jug because you can't fit the end of the hook into the mouth of the jug. Just plain dumb. Find some other jugs and move on to number 3 where the fun really begins.3. There is no oil shutoff at the end of the drain hose. So, you carefully pressurize the tank, a little at a time, just enough to get the oil flowing. When your first jug is about 2/3 full, remove the air hose to release the pressure and stop the flow. But guess what, the flow doesn't stop. It takes about 15 seconds for the air pressure to bleed off enough to stop the flow so the oil just keeps coming. When the jugs gets full, you try to quickly switch to the second jug but that doesn't work. Oil is everywhere. Then repeat with the next jug until the unit is empty....... This is absolutely the worst part of this piece of garbage. Why wouldn't they add a simple valve? I'm cutting off the whole heavy, large diameter hook and adding some sort of barbed valve to the end of the hose to fix this abomination.If you still feel like you need this in your life, make sure you seal the plug before you use it and add a valve to the hose. Then you'll at least have a crappy piece of Chinese garbage in your garage that doesn't leak.

First off, the axle was bent see photo, not worth sending back, I tried to straighten it some. Secondly, the drain pan does not sit level, so there is always a little oil left in the pan. This is one of the cheaper ones out there, it seemed it was packed well, but with these 2 bent pieces, it was obviously not packed good enough or was shipped with these issues. Also the height dimensions are wrong, wish it went 12 inches higher.
