I wanted to wait a while before writing a review because there's no point reviewing something you never used. It's been over a year now and i can easily say that it stayed sharp, still feels comfortable, the small pair of pliers were my go-to when the job could have used a bigger set. They are built very well and although they are pricier than others. I think these pliers will outlive the cheaper alternatives 10 fold.

If you are here because you desperately need to remove some awful, stripped, rounded screws that literally nothing can get a purchase on, then you are absolutely in luck because these are amazing! I spent hours trying everything to remove some stubborn rounded screws flush with a metal plate, and bought this to make one final attempt, and it is seriously an amazing tool. The screws didn't stand a chance. It gripped them like a crocodile with its prey in its jaws. I am so glad these exist!

What looks like a simple set of pliers is really a super tool for removing camed out or burred screws or rounded bolts .. the reverse jaws grab the offending faster and provide the twist to remove them. You may not use this tool regularly ... but when you have a need for it, it gets the job done. Definitely an addition to your tool arsenal

Holy smokes. Thought all hope was lost. Nothing else would get a tiny screw out of my GameCube, preventing me from getting to the optical drive. I assumed the reviews were too good to be true or would only work on large screws. I was even prepared to get help from a local electrical repair shop. Somehow these Vamps were able to get in a tight spot and remove a stripped screw that was otherwise not coming out. Yay technology!!!

Wish it were more corrosion-resistant and longer-lasting. It gets the job done about 1/2 the time but I don't see it being a long-term tool the way it's already been wearing down and at the price, I likely won't buy another pair. Not a bad product by any means but also not amazing.

Echt ein Lebensretter bei festgerosteten Schrauben die weich wurden. Nicht immer kann man was anschweißen, neue Bits einschlagen oder aufbohren. Hat mir schon ein paar mal SEHR geholfen.Klare Kaufempfehlung

Heard the engineer brand was essentially the same, but the equivalent engineer didn't have the cap. Ordered these and the larger engineer model. They are both fantastic and are my new favorite tools. I managed to get a very stuck bbq screw off with a combination of both of them, but the second screw required my oscillating tool. So they won't magically open every rusted annoying screw. That said they are great for a bunch of purposes and ignore the reviews that say they are equivalent to dollar store pliers. These are heavy duty tools. That look and feel great and serve a unique purpose. I'm keeping both as one really needs both sizes. Highly impressed. Think the larger vampliers are probably overpriced. But they are worth it. Note. The engineers and these are so similar that I don't think they are a copy. I think they are made in the same factory. Like identical in design. Either brand is a good choice.
