These are high-quality, very precise needle-nose pliers. They are very smooth with a good spring function and zero slop in the joint. The handles are very comfortable, dense feeling, and ESD safe, so if you're working on sensitive electronics, static electricity transfer doesn't affect things (lessens the chance anyway). The Engineer Neji-saurus line is now my go-to pliers when I need something I know will last and be very dependable.

These are the best I've used (including craftsman, kobalt, stanley, etc). The levering action is buttery smooth, the gripping surface is tough and aligns well on both sides and the tip. I love the grip - it just feels perfect in the hand.I use them for fixing/upgrading my RC cars, working on my PC, and for lots of little electronics projects. They're my go-to when a larger wrench or hemostats won't do the job!Overall: These are worth the minor price premium over cheaper options and aren't even playing the same game as the garbage one finds at Harbor Freight. 10/10!

These are a little smaller than you may think so be aware. The are designed for use with electronics, jewelry making, model making, small parts manipulation, etc. They are a bit pricy but exceptionally made in Japan (known for quality steel and workmanship). The faces of the jaws are smooth, not serrated to minimize damage to the object you are working with, spring loaded (easily removable if that's your bag), overall lengths just under 6 inches with jaws just about 1.5 inches long. I have found multiple uses from manipulating electronic parts to holding small screws for driving to assembly/disassembly of small parts in firearms. This is definitely a buy once cry once item, as short of them getting lost or stolen, you can expect these to last multiple lifetimes.

First and foremost these ENGINEER Compact Precision Compact Long Nose Needle tip Pliers are a fine example of quality Japanese manufacturing, and indeed are the finest precision needle nose pliers I have ever used in the 40 years I’ve been using them for my current purpose. Though my use may be somewhat unconventional, as I am a quadriplegic with very limited hand strength and finger dexterity. I use these pliers mostly as tweezers as I cannot squeeze or otherwise manipulate conventional tweezers. And I can say without reservation that they do a great job at grabbing a hold of even the finest of hairs. So in my opinion that makes them quite precise. The spring offers just enough tension as to allow me to easily, repeatedly squeeze without fatiguing my hand, yet have enough stored energy to assist in releasing my grip and the spring is holding up after a full year’s use. If and when I need another pair of needle nose pliers, they will definitely be ENGINEER’s.

These are some very fine pliers. The tips are perfectly aligned. Good quality too. I am really liking this brand. The screw extractors are very precise too. Recommend.

The tools were very well made but I needed the jaw faces to be smooth to avoid marring my work. I ended up sanding them smoother and using an abrasive rubber block to polish. The finish they come with for the flat of the jaw looks black and laser cut it has very fine ridges.

I can only say that I am delighted with the product. In a world where there are so many low quality things made in China, it is wonderful to have found these Japanese made pliers. Both the finish and the materials are of excellent quality, the jaws, cutting areas and gripping areas are well made, the jaws and tips are well aligned and close perfectly. The various metal parts fit together perfectly, there is not that feeling of wear and loss of material in the movement areas that is so typical of cheap, low quality tools. The only caveat I could give is that the brand offers 2 different sizes for their tools, so it's a good idea to make sure you choose the right one for your needs, also, if you have large hands, you may find the small size tool difficult to use.

Perfect alignment and machining! Great tool for soldering work!No side-to-side flex when shaping small gauge stranded and tinned wire, even at the tip of the pliers.Works well to shape solid core wire as heavy as 18 gauge (copper or aluminum). Haven't tried anything heavier.Very high quality! Best I've ever owned...Period!

Le produit est d'une excellente facture et bien fini. Tient bien en main. Seul inconvénient est qu'il reste ouvert au repos. Il faut mettre un petit capuchon (fourni) pour le ranger fermé.
