Knipex is a great manufacturer, tools are spot on, this is aligned perfectly and had great control and strength.The shape of the nose is what makes this even better a great design that has multiple uses.Another Knipex product that I love!

What can you say bad about KNIPEX? Absolutely nothing! You can cry about the price, but never about the tool. I use these almost everyday and would not consider another brand to be as comfortable to work with and dependable. If you want the professional experience, well here you go!

Just picked up this new KNIPEX 08 22 185 Needle-Nose Combination Pliers which is new this year. It's the bigger brother to the smaller 145mm version which is already popular. It's a unique hybrid design which combines the attributes of regular & needle nose pliers plus a special three-point stable support of flat objects. The comfort grip works quite well on this 185mm size and feels good in the hand allowing you to impart more force with less stress on your hands. Nice movement on the hinge without play or looseness. Feels like quality all the way with great machining. Deign allows you to get into tight spots while imparting a higher grip force & less deflection than you could with a needle nose. I would consider it an excellent addition to one's tool kit. Might get the smaller 145mm size eventually but not sure if it's perhaps too small (?). Btw if you see "SBA" in a Knipex description it just means retail packaging in the form of a plastic blister clam-shell otherwise it comes in a cardboard box, same exact product. Cheers!

Calidad Knipex, agarre confortable, buena sujeción de piezas a trabajar por contar con una mordaza plana y la otra "curva", con la ranura semicircular se pueden formar "loops" o ganchos en cables o alámbres. Capacidad de corte hasta 3 mm o 1/8 in en cable o alambre "duro", en cobre sin problemas con cable hasta 6-10 AWG. La empleo para trabajos de bricolaje.

Standard Knipex quality (excellent), this is a bit of a niche tool - essentially a very short needle nose pliers with cutters. Give the small tip of a needle nose but with more bite like a regular set of pliers.
