Step 1
Adjust the lock buckle to the position you need to install.
Step 2
Tighten the knob.

Insert the bottle into the lock buckle.

Works perfectly. Took me a couple minutes to figure it out , it leaked a lot at first but I re adjusted the black rubber thing , pushed it all the way in and I saw another comment about squeezing it to create a seal or whatever. I also did that. No leak anymore. It allows water to come out I checked. My boys get all the water they need. I believe other people got a faulty product and that’s a shame. But I was nervous at first but I’m glad I bought it. I needed one that was outside the cage and the top opens to fill it was genius. I will re edit this if anything. So far so great because this is the best water bottle so far I’ve found. Give it a chance don’t be dumb.

I’m super upset that I wanted to good water bottle for my fur baby came across this bottle and I bought it due that my old bottle was started to leak after buying several water bottles. I final took the plunge to try this one out after a week of use I found my baby soaked and wet her littler box was wet the bottle was leaking the entire time when I was filling it up then I started looking closely and it was leaking then when my fur baby was drinking water it was coming out so much now I’m left with this defective bottle and Amazon wouldn’t even replace it neither. I’m super upset I lost out on the money more important that now I have to get a new bottle again. Now Amazon work sent me a replacement due that this is sold by a third party vendor. So, I’m stuck with a useless bottle spend all this money on it they can’t do anything. I have bought this bottle thinking it was going to work but it didn’t even when my fur baby drinks the water comeos out so much she could easily choke on all this water I’m spending more money in littler than to be able to find a new bottle for her. Went to pet stores and I had the same problem had to return them. So, frustrating for me as she needs water constantly in her cage.

11/3/2022 *UPDATE*The bottle is working better than the first one, but it does have a slow leak so I have to fill it more than normal and clean up a mess. 🤷â€â™€ï¸****UPDATE****The company reached out to me and sent a replacement. So far it has worked as it should without leaking/draining. Excellent customer service! Thank you!!When I first set it up, no water would come out and my guinea pig flipped his lid (as he does because he's spoiled). I took off the bottom nozzle and saw one of the balls was stuck so I tapped it loose and it started working= happy piggy! NOW I try to refill it and it just drains all the water out. Anyone help me fix this or I need to return it.

Great. Sturdy no drip! Extra no drip because it comes with a little plastic cap you can put on while it’s not in use durable and good for small - medium dogsThe drinking nozzle for the dog is rather slim and small. So the water will keep pup hydrated and last long

I have 4 guinea pigs (2 male and 2 female). Each set of pigs live in separate cages and the cages are pretty big. I have one of these at each end of their cages to give them plenty of water to drink and being they sit on the outside of the cages makes my life easier to fill them when they need to be filled because all I have to do it remove the bottle, fill from the top, and place back in the holder instead of getting in the cage or having to fight the spring or wire holding it to the cage, unscrewing the mouth piece to fill and then fighting the spring or wire to put back on tank. Only issue I have is one of them seems to have a washer in the drinking spout come out of place from time to time which means the water drips constantly so I have to fight to get it back in place to stop the constant drip

The good:Easy to mount on cage. Easy to fill with water (no removal necessary - just open the top and pour in water as needed). High capacity. Relatively "leak proof" when the pigs are not drinking, although it takes a little work - fill with water, depress the ball at the end of the tube several times to let gravity pull out water; after that, it is relatively leak free.The not so good:When the pigs are really thirsty after munching on Timmy hay, and they push the ball in to get water, water tends to FLOW out rapidly, soaking the pigs, the bedding and the hutch. I've played around with it to try to find a solution, but haven't come up with one. I've cleaned the tube thoroughly, tried only filling the bottle partially, fully and everything in between. Nada. This doesn't happen all the time, only when the pigs are hitting the water bottle frequently. It seems like the ball gets stuck in an "on" position, allowing water to flow and soak everything. Perhaps I got the lemon, otherwise, I really like this bottle.

We've tried multiple leak proof bottles that always end up leaking. We're a year in and this bottle has kept true to its word. I love being able to refill from the top as well.

Washer was missing on the top part so water poured out when it was upside down. Plus the mouth piece didn’t have any water coming through.

I bought this for my 4 Guniea pigs, they go through water pretty quick so after finding this big bottle for them I immediately purchased. I did read the reviews before buying and noticed some people have some problems with there’s, I think that it could have been a manufacturing mistake or an error with the way it was used by that person, I have never had a problem with it, I have had mine for months now and it works amazing, easy to fill, and does not leak. Overall amazing and I am very happy with it :) If you are worried about ordering one, when it arrives test it first with your finger to make sure water comes out no problem. Guniea Pig Mom Approved ✅

Je le trouve pratique pour la cage de mes furets par contre je trouve un peut difficile à installer mais pour la cage de cochon d'inde est plus préférable
