Bought this for my Vaughan 19oz framer. It fit perfect and had a great grain pattern. Came packaged just like handles I’ve ordered directly from Vaughan and Bushnell.

The handle actually measures 16.5†long. The label said is by Vaughan, but it didn’t said what type of wood is it. The wood is a lighter color than shown in picture and it looks like Maple wood; I HOPE it is really hickory wood. The wood looks to be good quality. It comes with a wood wedge and two metal wedges. I have an old CF1 Vaughan hammer head and this handle fits into that head although this handle said it fits CF2 hammer. My hammer head is 20 oz, after I attached this handle to my old hammer head, it weights almost 2 lbs.

The handles are well made and really sturdy, I didn’t get a chance to use them but I’m really impressed with their customer service

guessing the wood is hickory? (quality) and has been working great for me. pretty simple really. worth the buy if your hammer is busted. (mine came with a nice dark section on the edge, kind of like a birth mark. I appreciate the unique look.

Looks like a pretty decent handle. Was supposed to be 17.5†long. Turned out to be 19â€.It didn’t come with the securing wedge and/or screw, as it was supposed to. Also has a large staple in its end. Was that supposed to be some kind of hanger?I can remove the staple and fashion my own wedge.A little disappointing.
