It's a good sturdy old fashion vest. Don't spect something modern like an AVS (Assault Vest System), this is an integral vest, that means it opens by the sides or the shoulders using velcro and plastic side release buckles, providing a quick release if you ever need to take off the vest ASAP. It also means that eventually the velcro will stop being effective, but properly adjusted, you could get in and out of this vest by slip in and/or out.Being integral means that what you see is what you get. This is NOT a modular vest like the newer AVSs, but like the old vests, you have 7 MOLLE lines in the front, and 9 in the back (3 non standard velcro type), and if you need more attachment grids, you have 4 MOLLE lines at each side. Like in the old days, everything turns around this, not around a modular system. Because this is an integral vest, it will be adjusted around the sides and shoulders, not around a harness and/or skeletal cummerbund like in the newer AVS, which means it's faster and less troublesome.That being said, this is a sturdy vest. Don't get your hopes too high, for 40 bucks this will break, eventually, but until then, with a moderate use, this baby could at least endure for 2 or 3 years, maybe more. I didn't get any kind of smell but I believe that's the flip of a coin. Clearly you can notice some small flaws, like some loose threads here and there, but everything is sewed as supposed to.Is it comfortable to wear?, to some degree, yes. Depending on the initial adjustment, you could experience some pressure around the collar bones when you are aiming, and be VERY aware: this baby will make you sweat like a pig on a sunny summer day because there is NO breathable thread here AT ALL, and the insides of the vest are sewed with a plastic thread that will catch heat.All and all, additional to the vest you will also get a normal admin pouch, 2 radio pouches that could be used also as grande pouches, 1 general pouch, and 1 x3 magazine pouch, all this for 40 bucks + shipment and taxes if you purchased it outside USA. That's a lot of bang for the buck. If you are looking for a good old fashion integral vest, to used it as your everyday vest or as your first airsoft vest, this very much could be.

Has plenty of space for all of your mags and other things has a wide range of adjustability worth every penny I spent (even tho I dident spend much).

Okay.. so I took a long shot with this...A regular plate carrier that is somewhat acceptable ranges from 160 to 240 bucks, and upwards.I was like ok.. ill give this a shot, i can always return it if it doesn't work!I was soo surprised! I have my armor level III , this thing even has straps for the plate to not wiggle in there !I can fit 3 AR magpull mags. and 1 or 2 9mm. also has extra pockets or holders for trauma kit, a knife and extra stuff... this is supposed to be airsoft.. but it works in real life!the Velcro might not close on everyone, but the clip on straps did on me, and I'm 6.1 tall and 240 pound...so up to you...the snug fit. actually helps to move easier, as it is not wiggling around while you try to double step, is actually not unconfutable as far as a plate carrier goes...

Not a bad vest, the velcro straps are solid and there are tons of places you can attach other pouches so it definitely has versatility. My qualms with it are that it feels pretty stiff as far as vests go, but for the price and the fact it’s off Amazon I guess it’s not a bad value for the money. Looks pretty cool and feels like decent quality overall but again, make sure you keep your expectations real. As an entry level vest, it’s not too bad.

Great product for the price. Pretty comfortable and breathable and comes pretty much exactly like you expected it. The pouches are a loose but if you know how to molle stuff to a vest they all stay on really well. The thickness of this vest is quite good and can bend and move to adjust to your body. After you take it off it’s already shaped and stays that way. Over all, great vest for the price.

The vest is very well built. You can adjust everything to make it fit whatever needs you have. Velcro seems to be good quality also.

Great value for the price. Not gucci equipment by any means, but perfect for my light use purposes!What I like: Pockets for armor, my soft armor goes right in.Color - multicam, useful and looks good.Adjustability - wide range fits every member of my family.Five equipment pouches. Vest comes ready to load up and go. Not necessary to buy more stuff to use it, just make em work and replace with something better when it’s convenient.Price… unbeatable.What I don’t care for: the magazine pouch… I prefer a different style, but as above - use until you replace with what you prefer.That’s about it!This vest is a winner IMO.
