I was a very nice durable vest, definitely great for the money. Very comfortable yet was way too big for me. I sold it to my male coworker and he loves it!

Yes Comfortable as any Normal vest without plates should bePouches fit perfectly and adjustable to fit most(It was shared between 2-4 people and has fit just fine)

This vest is highly adjustable. Comfortable right out of the box. Very well made. I'm impressed. Velcro straps are very good. Good quality of material and stitching. There is a front and rear pouch that has velcro closure at the top, you can put steel plates in there for added protection. I was going to get some 3/16" steel and cut to size. It won't stop all bullets, but it will some. Some is better than none. I just bought it for prepping for home invasions as they are becoming more common. Easy to get on fast!
