Installation Instructions

STEP 1

Cut a hole in the drywall.

STEP 2

Install the bracket. (The bracket is sold separately)

STEP 3

Route cables and tighten the screws.

Place covers and tighten the screws.

These look and fit like they came from the electrical parts supplier. The few I have recently installed worked great and they are a good value for the price. Time will tell as to the durability of these, but they have me feeling confident that they will last.

I used these on an install - great quality and value. The only issue I had was with the low voltage rings - you have to make sure they will fit -see pics of the orange ring - the tabs on the brush plate hit the corners of the orange plate. I had to cur the top and bottom tabs off to make it fit the plate.

These are such a lifesaver for home theater use or just any time you need to run some low voltage wires through a wall. I like the clean white finish and the bristle-y insert does a great job of accommodating a variety of wire sizes!Highly recommend this product

I was able to use them both with and without a mounting bracket. Using the mounting bracket was the easiest but in some cases, i just wanted to put a 1" hole through the wall. In that case, i was able to use a wall anchor to mount the brush and I was still able to screw the wall plate onto the brush part.
