Bought them and ended up not needing them as the replacement solenoid I was replacing actually came with them too. I ended up just using these because I had already opened them. Well, they fit and are still in use and seem to be doing as well as a factory part.I recommend and would buy again if for some reason I needed just this piece and not the whole solenoid since it already comes with them.

I'm doing a complete timing job on my 2006 F150 FX4/Pick up, with the Triton 5.4, 3 valve engine. Used these as part of a phaser/timing chain job four years ago. They started leaking between the inner seal and the VCT. Both sides leaking, drivers side leaked down to the exhaust manifold and was stinking up the truck burning oil. Was a little bit concerned about an oil fire.Replaced them with Ford OEM because the originals lasted 15 years without leaking.So if you want to save $20, and don't care if you or somebody else will be replacing them in four years, buy these.
