When I found this DIY kit, I knew it would be a fun way to get creative with my children. The first thing that caught my attention was the colorful scene setting. The vivid colors brought everything to life, making the building process more exciting. As we worked on putting the trap together, I could tell my kids were not only having fun but also learning the value of creating something from scratch. They loved the challenge of constructing the trap with all the parts provided, and they were thrilled to see it start working automatically. The materials included in the kit are high-quality and durable, which made the whole building process smooth. Once the trap was finished, it really became a focal point in the house. My kids enjoyed setting it up in different rooms, coming up with new ways to make the trap even better. It’s impressive to see their creativity at play while we work together. What’s most enjoyable is watching them come up with imaginative scenarios, pretending they were catching a leprechaun. They have spent hours tweaking and adjusting the trap, all while learning about engineering and mechanics in a fun way. This kit has sparked a lot of creativity in my home, and I’m so happy with how it has turned out.

Pictures were printed on backwards and certain parts wouldn’t stay together 🙠overall cute idea but could have been designed better.

This is an adorable concept. It was very difficult to understand the picture instructions for assembly, so we resorted to a video on here to get it put together properly. It was still confusing. As far as the constructed product, I got this for early education, so the children are a little rougher on it than maybe older children. It does catch our leprechaun but might only last for this season- but then, we only need to catch the little leprechauns for a couple of weeks a year. We will see how it holds up. The children are having lots of fun with it, but the engineer has escaped from class, glad it is finally together. (And he doesn't want to see it fall apart if it does!)

This is a fun hands on craft activity for kids. The instructions are really simple and it would be best for adults to supervise and help. The kids were really excited because they could build it themselves, making it more special and fun. The wood is really thick and durable, very steady on a flat durface. It comes with coins, and all you have to do is pull the coin, and the "trap" will reveal, or you can also pull the swtich it has on the side. Catching Leprechaun has a "wish come true" meaning, so it's a fun activity to try out.

This leprechaun trap kit is a cute idea for kids to enjoy around St. Patrick’s Day. The design is colorful and fun, with rainbows, shamrocks, and gold coins. It’s a simple craft project that doesn’t take too long to put together. The instructions are okay but could be a little clearer. Some of the pieces were a bit flimsy, so you have to handle them gently. It’s a fun little activity for kids, but don’t expect it to be super sturdy. Overall, it’s a nice way to get into the holiday spirit and let kids use their imagination.
