Great for shirts, sweaters, sweat shirts and stuff. Forget coats,and yes, nothing slips. Avoid black. It picks up dust. Stick with beige if possible

I started using this type of hangers when they were first manufactured or when I discovered them 20 years ago. These freed up so much space in my closet. Anything heavy like a coat, pants or jackets aren't suitable for these as they will break. I use them for tops and dresses.

If you're like me and hate when your dresses fall to the floor from being hung on those wretched plastic things, these hangars fix all that. They grip and are also a nice slim profile. I will seriously never by anything else again.
